Greeting the virus.

Now we are told not to shake hands, I like to shake hands when meeting someone for the first time, second time usually extends to a hug. So what can we do now, I do not see me touching elbows, there is just to much dexterity involved and I can imagine giving someone a black eye.

So now we have a perfect solution Namaste. It is used both for greeting and leave-taking. Namaste is usually spoken with a slight bow and hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest. In means “The divine in me bows to the divine in you” A little better than hello I think. And it does not matter how clean a persons hands are, you are not touching physically you are touching spiritually. On another level it has the affect of balancing and centring yourself.

Try it and see.
