Lesey you are a truly gifted and inspiring lady. Having had consultations with Lesley for Stress management, colour reading, therapeutic channelling and crystal healing I can honestly say that my hectic lifestyle as full time worker, mum to a lively, lovely 6 year old, and wife to a very caring, supportive equally busy hubby, is more manageable and the quality of my home life much improved, giving effective work life balance. On a more personal level Lesley has both challenged and enabled me to think more positively and to value and respect myself in the myriad of time as it passes so quickly by. To stop, ground myself, think positively and calmly and enjoy the freedom to be who I want to be are the skills I am able to develop as a result of Lesley's professionalism, reassurance, confidence and belief in her ability to heal. Lesley has helped me to cope with a range of stressful experiences through Reiki,Colours and the Emerald Heart Programme. I have found the experiences both soul searching and comforting.
